When the final whistle blew Friday night, the Bentonville Tigers (10-2) walked out of Northside High School's Mayo-Thompson Stadium with a 31-10 victory over the Grizzlies. 60 miles away at Harmon field, the Fayetteville Bulldogs (10-1) were closing out their 35-0 shutout of Conway.

Now both teams are just one win away from the state finals, and the only thing standing in their way is each other.

The semi-final showdown will be a rematch of Week 4, when the Tigers held off a 4th quarter comeback and snuck out of Fayetteville with a 24-21 win. The Bulldogs bounced back to win their next six games, securing a first-round bye in the playoffs. Bentonville lost two weeks later at Har-Ber, then rattled off four wins before beating Catholic Little Rock in the first round.

The game is scheduled to be played at a neutral location Friday night at 7:00 pm.

The winner of the game will go on to face the winner of North Little Rock (11-0) and Bryant (9-3) for the state championship.
