Freshman McKenzie Vaughan threw her first no-hitter, then had a home run and four RBIs as Bentonville rolled to a three-inning victory over host Fayetteville.

Vaughan (3-1) threw only 36 pitches -- 28 for strikes -- and struck out four. Her only blemish came in the second inning when she issued a one-out walk to Shalin Charles on a 3-2 pitch.

The Lady Tigers (19-2, 8-0) led 5-0 after one inning, then turned the game into a rout with an 11-run outburst in the second. Vaughan capped the big inning with her two-run home run.

Morgan Nelson added two hits and drove in three runs, while Tymber Riley had two hits and two RBIs.
