Sophomore Hayden Seldomridge hit a three-run double in the bottom of the top of the sixth inning to snap a 4-4 tie and lift the Mounties to a key 7A-West Conference win Wednesday. Rogers (12-4, 5-1 7A-West) trailed 4-2, but tied the game with two in the fifth on an RBI-double by Seldomridge and a run-scoring single by Matthew Watson. Seldomridge, who finished 2-for-4 with four RBIs, then delivered the deciding blow in the sixth. Mason Griffin picked up the win by tossing three scoreless innings of relief. He allowed two hits, struck out five and did not walk a batter. Jackson Down went 2-for-3 and drove in two runs, while Luke Davenport added two hits for Fayetteville (10-7-1, 3-3).
