Brad Stamps

Coach Brad Stamps is in his 22nd year of coaching basketball, 10 of which have been with Fayetteville Public Schools. He began his career at Woodland Junior High coaching under his mentor Kyle Adams. Following his work at Woodland he was moved up to assistant coach at Fayetteville High School. Coach Stamps first Head Coaching job came when Shiloh Christian hired him away from the Fayetteville School district. After winning back to back conference titles, back to back regional titles, and back to back state final fours, he decided to go assist his childhood friend at Har-Ber High School. Following year 2 at Har-Ber, Coach Stamps was hired as the Head Coach of the Springdale Bulldogs. Stamps spent six years as the Red Dog Head Coach and helped turn around a program that was struggling when he took the job. The culmination of his success at Springdale High was when the Red Dogs won the conference title and then finished their season in Hot Springs in the State Championship game finishing as state runner-up. After 6 years of time at Springdale High, his mentor Coach Kyle Adams came calling and brought him back home to his alma mater as assistant coach. After 4 years serving his mentor he then moved to Head Coach following the retirement of Coach Adams. Coach Stamps is set to begin his 4th year as Head Coach of the PurpleDogs. 


Coach Stamps is married to Sonya, they have three boys, Jarrett (28), Joey (24), and Spencer (21).
